We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Standards Coordinator to join our team at Mountainside Treatment Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and spaces meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Visual Standards: Create and update visual standards guides for all locations, ensuring that they conform to our aesthetic appearance and design guidelines.
- Audit and Evaluate Facilities: Conduct regular audits of our facilities to ensure that they meet our standards for organization, cleanliness, lighting, signage, decoration, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments, including marketing and facilities, to ensure that our visual standards are consistently applied across all locations.
- Proactively Solve Issues: Identify and resolve any issues that arise, using your skills and initiative to ensure that our facilities and spaces meet our high standards.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including updating documentation, reports, and files, as well as handling ServiceNow requests for the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment department.
- Support Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including setting up and breaking down events, and ensuring that our visual standards are maintained during events.
- Travel to Locations: Travel to all Mountainside locations to ensure that our visual standards are consistently applied.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, along with quality assurance experience.
- Visual Merchandising Experience: Education or experience in visual merchandising, hospitality, guest services, or retail.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
