Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national customer relationships and driving sales growth across various product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals
  • Manage and analyze syndicated and consumption data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing functions to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers to maximize Church & Dwight results
  • Provide leadership and direction to broker network partners to achieve division goals and objectives
  • Oversee financial management, including trade spend, deductions, slotting, and SG&A
  • Assess talent within the organization and provide feedback to ensure high-performing teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience selling in the CPG industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing national retailers across categories
  • Experience managing broker networks preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data analysis
