We are currently in search of a Client Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a background in reception duties, which includes managing phone calls and welcoming patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage standard registration documentation.
  • Review, verify, and collect patient co-pays.
  • Efficiently handle multi-line phone systems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
