Are you ready to step into the role of our new Customer Experience Coordinator? In this position, you will interact with both prospective and current clients to provide exceptional service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. This role involves collaborating with different departments to guarantee that every client receives the highest level of service.
- Enjoy an hourly wage that exceeds the average, with team earnings typically ranging from $20-30/hour, including bonus opportunities.
- Become an integral part of the foundational team at Ebens Air Conditioning.
- This is NOT your standard call center environment; our primary metrics focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- We are looking to fill shifts starting at 7:30am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am.

Since 2002, Ebens Air Conditioning has been dedicated to ensuring homes remain comfortable. We pride ourselves on providing timely service and straightforward scheduling.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, especially with Microsoft applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to daily operational needs.
- Willingness to assist in various areas, including dispatching, administration, and other supportive tasks.
- Experience in handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as necessary.
- Strong time management abilities with multitasking skills.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Flexible scheduling options available (hybrid role including both in-office and remote shifts).
This position is non-exempt, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available – i.e., 40 hours per week (FT) or 20-29 hours per week (PT).
