We are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual to become a vital part of our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our busy call center. Customer Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications with professionalism and respect.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems; experience with Brightree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Previous customer service experience or related field.
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations, including HIPAA and Personal Identifiable Information.
