- This is NOT your standard call center environment; our primary performance indicators focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- We are looking to fill shifts starting at 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, especially with Microsoft applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to daily operational needs.
- Willingness to assist in various areas, including dispatching, administration, and other supportive tasks.
- Experience in handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as necessary.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Flexible scheduling options (this role includes both in-office and remote work shifts).
This position is non-exempt, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available – i.e., 40 hours per week (FT) or 20-29 hours per week (PT).
