Key Responsibilities:
- Execute general administrative and office tasks to support the Hearing Care Professional (HCP) in managing patient interactions.
- Efficiently utilize the scheduling system to optimize appointment opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to current, former, and prospective patients through designated channels, tracking and reporting on appointment outcomes.

- Collaborate with the HCP on local marketing initiatives and sales strategies to enhance community engagement and referrals.
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls and messages, ensuring timely follow-up with patients.

- Accurately process and document clinic forms to comply with HIPAA and state regulations, including patient records and financial documentation.
- Verify patient eligibility and manage the submission of insurance claims until resolution.
- Reconcile cash balances and oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable, including bank deposits.

- Maintain a tidy and inviting office environment.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
