Regional Sales Director, Enterprise

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead our high-growth sales teams in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Manage sales performance metrics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- At least 16+ years of experience in technical and/or software sales, with 5+ years of management and leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading high-growth sales teams to exceed revenue targets and achieve sales excellence
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices in the software industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing sales priorities and market conditions
