Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team at Frontall USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the regional market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the import/export and domestic/international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and qualifying new leads.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Vice President of Sales to grow revenue and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and maintain clients' credit lines within company guidelines.
- Provide regular communication and budget reviews to management.
- 3+ years' sales experience with freight forwarding companies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and technical understanding of a CRM System.
