Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the assigned geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive short- and long-term growth, ensuring the superior execution of all Barcel programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve expected individual performance and goal for established Barcel KPIs.
  • Responsible for communication, planning, and execution of Barcel Customer and Marketing strategies.
  • Aligns on and sets goals for all Barcel Customer and Marketing strategies.
  • Tracks and shares performance to goal for all Customer and Marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance, and team managing industry.
  • Proven DSD experience.
  • Ability to travel, domestic 50%.
