Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients and collect fees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Enter patient data into the electronic health record system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist providers with non-medical tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Comply with all OSHA, safety, and Elica policies and procedures
  • Report any incidents or unusual occurrences to the supervisor/manager

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including computers, copiers, and multi-line telephones
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain records and files
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to exert physical effort maintaining and distributing files
  • Knowledge of basic medical clinic care and procedures
  • Training and HIPAA knowledge
  • Bilingual Farsi, Spanish, Arabic, or Russian preferred
