Position OverviewAs a Field Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable sales expansion by nurturing, managing, and enhancing client relationships through regular engagement with dental practices within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities- Adopting a "practice partner" approach with dental professionals by assessing business needs, discussing the advantages and features of our solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and explaining potential returns on investment and tax benefits while addressing emerging trends in the dental sector.
- Staying informed about Patterson's offerings, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
- Maintaining precise records of prospects, customer orders, sales activities, and other financial transactions.
- Performing additional tasks associated with the Field Sales Consultant role.
What qualifications and experience are necessary for the Field Sales Consultant position?
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 3 to 5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with outstanding customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in presenting and negotiating.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
- General computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, are required.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Experience in the dental industry for 3+ years is preferred.
