Job Summary

The Department of Parks & Recreation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Services Analyst to join our team in the Great Basin District Office. As a key member of our administrative services team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of procurement, accounting, and contract assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure goods and services in accordance with state regulations and department policies
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to ensure compliance with budget and accounting requirements
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or administrative services
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Working Conditions

The work environment is an office setting, using computers, telephone, and other business equipment. Typical work activities involve frequent and prolonged periods sitting. Some travel may be required.
