Administrative Coordinator for the Chief Administrative Officer

As an Administrative Coordinator for the Chief Administrative Officer at AltaMed Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and coordinate the workflow for the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience as an administrative assistant, including planning and organizing in an administrative office.
• Associate Arts Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Equivalent experience can be substituted.
