About the Role

The J. Paul Getty Museum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Museum's administrative projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Finance & Administration, this role will coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding and offboarding processes, and professional development trainings for Museum staff and interns.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for drafting job postings, maintaining personnel requisitions, and tracking position openings.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Getty team and contribute to the Museum's mission to inspire curiosity and enjoyment of the visual arts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for staff and interns
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Museum staff and interns

Requirements
