Job Overview

Sia Partners is a next-generation management consulting firm that offers a unique blend of AI and design capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all procurement activities, including performance and metrics reporting, in the Coupa procurement platform. They will also collaborate with due diligence partners to manage vendor onboarding processes and ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities across various functions, including finance, HR, and IT, in compliance with global procurement guidelines.
  • Assist purchase requestors in understanding the procurement process and navigating the Coupa procurement system.
  • Manage transactions from request intake to purchase order approval to ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and timeliness.
  • Partner with the sourcing team to effectively manage new vendor onboarding, collaborating with AP, Legal, and GCS to ensure timely and compliant vendor onboarding processes.
  • Support fast-buy workflow for low-risk purchases, non-RFP renewal deals, catalog or PunchOut transactions to ensure effective turnaround time and excellent procurement experience for internal customers and vendors.
  • Provide regular reporting metrics and monitor various input/output activities.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the procurement function, designing controls, training, and supervising procurement requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of combined procurement experience.
  • Solid understanding of systems, ideally Coupa, Dunn & Bradstreet, DocuSign, Concur, Dynamics, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience managing 'Fast Buy' channels and preferred vendor programs and vendor PunchOuts for expediting purchasing for low-risk commodities and vendors.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking to meet multiple deadlines, and providing actionable insights via dashboard automation.
  • Strong service excellence, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good judgment and the ability to meet ethical obligations to perform purchasing duties on behalf of the foundation.
