We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Organ Procurement Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LifeCenter Northwest. This role will provide administrative support to the Organ Procurement Director and department managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and providing a high level of quality service and outcome.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Organ Procurement Director and department managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Enter, maintain, and monitor staff schedules in Aladtec, as well as coordinate travel arrangements for contract travelers.
- Support the Organ Recovery and Procurement Managers with tasks such as maintaining contract traveler schedules, monitoring materials and equipment, and coordinating department hiring.
- Provide procurement training support, including scheduling new hires, tracking competency documents, and ordering materials as needed.
- Assist with the internal tasks associated with the administration of various programs, including the MNX Courier program and Osmosis Training.
- Manage administrative projects in support of the Organ Procurement department and partner with other Clinical Operations Administrative Coordinators as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year of general administrative support or program coordination experience in an office environment.
- Experience in a healthcare environment or related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant work experience considered as a substitution for academic requirements.
