Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate Negotiator, Local Investment to join our team. As an experienced media investment professional, you will be responsible for creating and activating smart, effective, inclusive, and efficient advertising solutions in assigned local markets. You will successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive, and efficient advertising solutions in assigned local markets.
  • Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved.
  • Successfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients.
  • Be an expert on the individual nuances in assigned markets and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantage.
  • Be an expert on the leading local buying platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and to further develop skills and the skills of other team members.
  • Have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel growth and maximize potential.
  • Have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content.
  • Strong potential for advancement and future career growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience negotiating Local Video and/or Audio Investment.
  • Exhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skills.
  • Have experience with HMX, OX, and Prisma media platforms.
  • Have a strong understanding of local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore).
