Job Title: Expert Procurement Analyst

OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Expert Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in procurement strategy, market research, and contract management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Assist in the development of acquisition plans and requirements documents.
  • Provide support to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in the administration of contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or DAIWA certification.
  • Ability to interface with senior levels of management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
