Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration and monitor the performance of third-party applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Boost user engagement by analyzing usage patterns and implementing enhancements.
  • Facilitate data migrations, imports, and conversions as required.
  • Participate in sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospective meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct unit and peer testing, addressing any issues identified by the Quality Assurance team.
  • Assist teams during User Acceptance Testing, resolving any defects reported by QA and UAT teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features to propose improvements and upcoming integrations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a business analyst, software developer, or configuration specialist, working closely with business teams to understand needs, develop solutions, and implement software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • Experience in Salesforce administration, particularly with Sales Cloud.
  • Expertise in system configuration, security management, mobile administration, user provisioning, troubleshooting, data management, customization, and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in creating Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment, with a strong desire to quickly learn new technical skills.

Additional Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Define system scope and objectives through research to enhance or modify information systems.
  • Oversee Configuration Management, including Version Control, Software Builds, Baseline Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
  • Code, test, debug, document, and maintain application programs.
  • Collaborate with users or IT professionals to resolve program issues and contribute to project timelines.
  • Provide estimates for planned work and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
