Position Summary:
We are in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to become a part of our team. The Administrative Coordinator will be essential in maintaining the efficient operation of our office by managing a range of administrative, clerical, and logistical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

• Allocate requests from the information folder and CRM system to the relevant sales personnel.

• Oversee freight billing.

• Efficiently process customer and online orders.

• Coordinate shipping processes for the external sales team.

• Organize supply orders and arrange meetings and events.

• Provide customer service, including EDI, shipping notifications, and tracking inquiries.

• Process tax exemption requests.

• Dispatch Trade Reference Requests for clients seeking credit.

• Prepare Receiving Shipment Procedure packets and manage printer supplies.

• Conduct collections for overdue accounts and manage accounts receivable correspondence.

• Undertake additional tasks as required.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in office administration or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $21.75 per hour
