Position: Senior Linux and Oracle Systems Engineer
Location: Evandale, OH (Cincinnati Metro area, 100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire OR Contract (multiple options available)

Security Clearance: Candidates with an Active Secret Security Clearance or those capable of obtaining one are highly preferred and will be prioritized.

Required Technical Expertise:
The following skills are essential for this role:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level Red Hat Linux Systems Administration, including installations and upgrades.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-class Oracle backend database Systems Administration, including installations and upgrades.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Federal Government or affiliated environment is advantageous.
  • Active or former security-cleared candidates will receive preference.
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM or Siemens NX CAD administration, usage, or support is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with other PLM/CAD systems is also beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of common software development principles and lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey complex issues to diverse audiences, including company and government executives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate progress, status, and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to achieve business objectives and results.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Education & Certification:
  • A Master's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications in Linux, Oracle, or PLM are preferred but not required.
