Sightpath Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Bloomington, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted goals and sales objectives.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Operate within budgeted controllable expenses to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Participate in company meetings, national industry conferences, and other industry-related functions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmologic or medical services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems is a plus.
