Sightpath Medical is a leading provider of cataract and LASIK mobile services in the U.S. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all SPM business in their assigned territory, including sales growth, account development, and business management. This will involve actively selling and promoting our services, achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profitability targets, and generating new business through business relationships and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong business and financial acumen, and knowledge of the ophthalmologic or medical services industry. They will also be proficient in using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools, and have experience in Salesforce CRM or CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profitability targets
- Developing and managing all SPM business in their assigned territory
- Actively selling and promoting our services
- Generating new business through business relationships and referrals
- Understanding, communicating, negotiating, and keeping current all contract agreements, addendums, renewals, and customer communications within the territory
- Thinking strategically in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data in support of territory management plans
- Thinking ahead 3, 6, and 12 months in development of plans, calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Ensuring proper pricing and contract terms agreement and understanding
- Providing facilities and offices with information on all services offered as well as accurate pricing and policies
- Conducting regular Business Reviews with existing customers
- Proactively identifying Market Development opportunities for customers
- Preparing Targeted Presentations for new and existing customers to win/secure business
- Answering and resolving customer inquiries within committed timeframes
- Corresponding with the Director of Sales and appropriate Operations staff regarding new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Scheduling meetings as necessary with field-based operations team
- Collaborating with in-house SPM personnel and Manufacturer's Representatives within the territory
- Efficiently organizing territory to maintain controllable expense budgets
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Knowledge of the ophthalmologic or medical services industry preferred
- Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools
- Experience in Salesforce CRM or CRM
- Bachelor's Degree Required
