In-House Sales Director

Our Vacation Ownership business line offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. As an In-House Selling Manager, you'll thrive in a high-energy environment, leveraging your sales and marketing expertise to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the value of our vacation club resorts.
- Find common ground with prospective and current owners, tailoring your approach to meet their needs.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, highlighting our award-winning resorts and exceptional experiences.
- Generate sales through effective transactions and closing techniques, leveraging prequalified leads provided by the company.
- Attend ongoing sales and career training, staying up-to-date on industry trends and company policies.
- 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a strong track record of meeting production standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on developing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role.
