Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the oncology segment, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals.
- Provide Product and Market Knowledge: Offer tailored solutions to clients, providing product and market knowledge to support their business needs.
- Negotiate Contracts and Pricing Agreements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to internal stakeholders to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our oncology products.
- Forecast Sales and Contribute to Sales Plans: Analyze sales data and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Regularly Update CRM Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Attend Industry Conferences and Events: Represent Genesis Aspire Partners at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, networking and promoting our products.
- Provide Feedback to Management: Share market insights, opportunities, and challenges with management, informing business decisions and strategies.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving revenue growth and business success.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, specifically in the oncology space, with a demonstrated track record of success in account management and sales within the healthcare industry.
- Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of oncology products, treatments, and market dynamics, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Work Effectively: Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
