Multimedia Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: 10%

**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Overview: Responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of multimedia support services across various media channels, including Internet, television, radio, and print. The primary goal is to guide personnel in mastering industry-standard practices and production methodologies, while providing training on essential topics such as videography, 3-D visual design, motion graphics, and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the execution of multimedia support services across diverse platforms.
  • Guide personnel in understanding and applying industry-specific practices and production techniques.
  • Facilitate training sessions covering topics such as:
    • Videography
  • 3-D visual design and animation
  • Motion graphics and illustration
  • Graphic design
  • Web and interactive design
  • Collaborate in developing training materials that align with current industry standards in multimedia production.
  • Ensure the quality and uniformity of multimedia outputs, adhering to established best practices.
  • Provide constructive assessments and feedback on multimedia projects to foster skill enhancement.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including equipment and personnel, to support production and training initiatives.
  • Stay informed on advancements in multimedia technology and techniques, implementing necessary improvements to training effectiveness.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to integrate multimedia training into broader educational frameworks.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of multimedia services, training sessions, and personnel progress to ensure accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information required at start of work.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • U.S. citizenship required unless specific provisions are met.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging techniques in multimedia project management, including broadcast and digital media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial media operations and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform desk work, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds, along with adequate vision and hearing capabilities.
