Overview: Responsible for directing and managing the execution of multimedia support services across various media platforms, including digital, broadcast, and print. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all multimedia support services across diverse platforms.
  • Guide personnel in industry-standard practices and production methodologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions on:
    • Videography
    • 3-D visual design and animation
    • Motion graphics and illustration
    • Graphic design
    • Web and interactive design
  • Collaborate on the creation of training materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of multimedia outputs, adhering to established best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessments to personnel on their multimedia projects.
  • Manage resources effectively, including equipment and personnel, to support production and training initiatives.
  • Stay informed on advancements in multimedia technology and techniques to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Work with stakeholders to integrate multimedia training into broader educational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of multimedia services and training activities to track performance and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information required at start of work.
  • Proficient in English communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required unless specific government provisions are met.
  • Knowledge of emerging techniques in multimedia project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 7 years of experience in commercial media operations and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform desk work, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with adequate vision and hearing capabilities.
