Multimedia Production Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: 10%

**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Overview: This role involves the management and oversight of multimedia support services across various media platforms including Internet, Television, Radio, and Print. The primary goal is to guide and instruct personnel on industry-standard practices and production methodologies, while also providing training on diverse topics such as videography, 3-D visual design, motion graphics, and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of multimedia support services across multiple platforms.
  • Guide personnel in industry-standard practices and production methodologies.
  • Conduct educational sessions on:
    • Videography
    • 3-D visual design and animation
    • Motion graphics and illustration
    • Graphic design
    • Web and interactive design
  • Collaborate in the creation of training materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards.
  • Maintain quality control over multimedia outputs, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback on multimedia projects to promote skill enhancement.
  • Manage resources effectively, including equipment and personnel, to facilitate production and training.
  • Stay informed on advancements in multimedia technology and integrate improvements into training.
  • Work with stakeholders to incorporate multimedia training into broader educational initiatives.
  • Keep accurate records of training activities and personnel progress to ensure accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information required at start of work.
  • Proficient in English communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required unless otherwise approved.
  • In-depth knowledge of multimedia project management techniques across various media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial media operations and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform desk work, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Adequate vision and hearing are necessary for the role.
