Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Desktop Support Specialist to perform tasks related to repairing technology-based products in an end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair activities, including PC's, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.

The successful candidate will provide support to client-identified VIPs, respond to change management requests, and perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities. They will also display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times.
