Service Desk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Fawkes IDM. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Service Desk, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Service Desk Analysts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce incident trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree required.
- 6+ years experience in end-user support; 3+ years supervisory experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and operating systems.
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
