Job Summary

Info Advantage Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  • Process and facilitate sales orders to meet customer expectations
  • Manage sales data, generate reports, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise promptly and efficiently
  • Document customer product warranties and renewals
  • Support sales efforts in generating manufacturer warranty renewals
Essential Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic understanding of computer technology and analytical skills
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Compensation
