We are currently seeking a seasoned Account Manager to enhance our service delivery for a key client. This pivotal role involves collaborating with Account Directors, overseeing projects, and nurturing strong client relationships.

As a vital member of our Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's brand and contributing to our agency's growth. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions and leading comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that encompass brand development, sales materials, paid advertising, social media, PPC, and email campaigns.

This position offers a unique chance to engage in significant projects and adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape, providing a pathway for professional development in a vibrant environment. You will be responsible for coordinating diverse marketing efforts, establishing yourself as a key contributor to both client success and agency expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding projects through all phases with strategic insight.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to define project parameters, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Create detailed Project Briefs and Request Forms to facilitate effective internal meetings.
  • Timeline Management: Work alongside Project Management to establish project timelines, ensuring efficient workflows and timely results.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with Project Management on budget and schedule management, aligning with both agency and client goals.
  • Digital Strategy Consultation: Provide clients with insights on the latest digital marketing trends, guiding their digital transformation.
  • Client Satisfaction Assurance: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Agency Growth Contribution: Support agency growth initiatives through involvement in new client proposals and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading digital marketing campaigns, with a preference for candidates with a background in B2B marketing. A minimum of 3 years in an agency account role is required, showcasing the ability to cultivate client relationships and lead digital projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing principles, branding, and strategic planning, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
