Overview of the Client Relationship Specialist Position:
Our client in the Healthcare sector is seeking a remarkable Client Relationship Specialist to become part of their team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity where you will focus on establishing new connections with clients and increasing their revenue.

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and inviting experience.

You will adopt a consultative approach to customer interactions, proactively identifying and closing revenue opportunities that deliver long-term value for our clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting, assessing customer needs, pinpointing sales opportunities, coordinating consultations with our clients' Benefits Advisers, and efficiently closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:

- Foster trust in the organization and guarantee that customers receive accurate information about our offerings.
- Meet outbound call targets established by the management team.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through effective pipeline management.
- Achieve or surpass monthly revenue goals.
- Identify customer needs and present a clear overview of our value proposition.
- Listen to unique eligibility challenges and convey easily understandable solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of services and best practices to provide value to clients.
- Understand and effectively communicate Medicaid eligibility criteria to assess lead qualification for our services.
- Create personalized support that aligns with our company's voice and values.
- Follow up with customers to further educate, engage, and guide them toward our Medicaid planning services.
- Collaborate effectively with others to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Maintain resilience and focus on winning potential customers despite challenges or objections.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to sell products over the phone and close deals with leads, regardless of in-person meetings.
- Consistent history of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and capable of navigating multiple applications.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills necessary for effective customer follow-up and lead conversion.
