### Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective technical support to UHD end-users, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
* Operate and test the functionality of all AV and integrated conference rooms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
* Perform routine testing and problem diagnosis for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and displays, identifying and resolving issues promptly
* Perform preventative maintenance to resolve problems or identify resolutions to appropriate vendors or manufacturers
* Install, configure, repair, maintain, and upgrade Windows/Mac hardware and related equipment, including desktops, laptops, iPads, Surfaces, printers, and other peripherals
* Assist with IT inventory and participate in UHD Initiatives, attending regularly scheduled meetings and performing special projects and tasks as assigned
