About This Role

ZK Technology LLC is currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
