Regional Sales Manager, South/Mid-Atlantic

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts across the South and Mid-Atlantic region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets within the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share for the portfolio of beverage brands.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Manage and expand the company's presence in the assigned region, including identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and securing new business accounts.
  • Optimize territory coverage and distribution channels to ensure maximum market penetration and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Highly qualified and demonstrated CPG industry experience.
  • Broker Management experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience working alongside large distributor accounts such as UniFi and/or KeHe required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry or related consumer goods sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Google suite and sales management software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
