Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Resulticks. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals through consultative selling and solution-based sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the martech or digital ad agency vertical industry.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to think critically and strategically to identify new sales opportunities.
This is a full-time position based in Remote: Major Metro Areas, United States, with regular travel required (approximately 50% after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted).
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
