Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Extra Space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of new sales leads through various measures, including external market travel, door-to-door sales, cold calling, tradeshows, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel external markets 30-40% of time to establish and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Work as part of a sales team to maintain sales operations, assist in creating quarterly and annual sales goals, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Assist in outlining and managing sales budgets, monitoring market and competitor products and activities, and providing reporting of sales/leads activity.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction by outlining and managing marketing and client relationship programs.
  • Coordinate construction design and installation process, coordinate ongoing maintenance program, and negotiate lease terms with current and new owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales or management.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Compensation

$90k - $125k Annually
