Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Global Furniture Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue targets and drive profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the furniture industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
