Director, Inside Sales, AMR

Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed business objectives within the AMR region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed sales goals as defined by the annual plan/budget
  • Build Inside Sales capabilities across Inside Sales Account Manager and Sales Development teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Establish and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and growth goal attainment
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet regional sales targets
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure the team has the necessary expertise
  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the life sciences or biotechnology industries
  • 8+ years in Sales leadership and people management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams that meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies and tactics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and systems
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
