About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at HealthMark Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Western US region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reporting and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements
  • BA/BS in business administration or relevant field
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM functionality and experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare IT industry or other digital healthcare technology
  • Previous experience in outsourcing sales to healthcare practitioners
  • Familiarity with hospital or clinic environments
