Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all non-clinical operations, including team building, leadership development, and revenue growth strategy
  • Implement and execute high-level strategic analysis and execution of systems to achieve sales growth
  • Develop and conduct effective regional trainings and meetings through outstanding presentation skills
  • Identify future business opportunities and locations

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions under pressure
