We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to customers and prospects.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in enterprise software, with a strong background in security and/or networking.
- 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network.
- Proven track record of successful sales to the C-suite and a strong rolodex of contacts in the region.
- Experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed.
We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000 - $171,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
