Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Leader to join our team at Adecco USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including eye care professionals, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and medical affairs, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to leadership to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales and sales leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year.
