Role Overview

As a Sales Leader at GG Homes, you will be the driving force behind change, leading your team to greatness and making a real impact on the world. You will be responsible for negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners, developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting, analyzing investment opportunities for viability, and leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Close Purchase Contracts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to negotiate and close purchase contracts.
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Manage a Growing Pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Analyze Investment Opportunities: Evaluate the viability of investment opportunities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Develop and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for evaluating investment opportunities and developing strategic sales plans.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Accelerated Compensation Structure: A competitive compensation structure with opportunities for accelerated earnings.
  • First Year Earnings: A minimum of $250,000 in first-year earnings for those meeting company quotas.
  • Base Salary Draw and Uncapped Commissions: A base salary draw of $60,000 and uncapped commissions for top performers.
