Job Title: Business Development/Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based sales, preferably with experience in custom built waste heat recovery or similar fields. A proven track record in meeting substantial sales quotas, delivering on new customer acquisition, and extensive CRM software experience are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets established by management
  • Manage and enhance existing and new customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools
  • Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members across engineering, production, and accounting to achieve optimal results
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in project-based industrial manufacturing sales or waste heat recovery
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
