Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Paul Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation or supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions
