Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team in Tulsa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your territory, while also assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources, as well as developing creative marketing techniques to drive referrals.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Visiting and developing relationships with referral sources
  • Attending networking events
  • Developing creative marketing techniques
  • Building a referral stream to meet and exceed census objectives
  • Working closely with admissions coordinators to maintain census goals
