Clinical Business Development Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Business Development Representative to join our team at Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare scope of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

* Proactively research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence
* Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with our services/offerings
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve program design and development targets and grow the client base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Collaborate with marketing to create compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals
* Develop and implement outreach campaigns to attract new clients/organizations
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility
* Reach out to prospective clients/organizations or partners through cold calls
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients/organizations by building strong relationships and following up on inquiries

**Clinical Program Development:**

* Through the success of identified new business opportunities, design, develop, and provide a proposal to the Clinical Director for implementation of clinical programs that meet the needs of clients, providers, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure programs are evidence-based, client-centered, and aligned with regulatory requirements
* Work with the Performance Improvement Manager to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program execution
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of clinical programs into the broader business strategy
* Provide training and support to clinical staff on new programs and protocols

**Reporting & Analysis:**

* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and overall prospective pipeline health
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies. Provide regular updates to management on the status of business development activities and suggest areas for improvement

**Requirements:**

* A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, clinical program management, or a related field
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical practices and regulations
* Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and fostering successful collaborations
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
